6.3 Personalization of the User Experience

Personalization does not prevent users from independently searching for or accessing content available under their subscription.

These automated technologies are used to recommend films, personalize the arrangement and presentation of content within the Platform, improve search accuracy and content discovery, optimize streaming quality, enhance accessibility features, identify technical issues, improve recommendation algorithms, and support fraud detection and account security.
These automated technologies are not used to make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences for individual users. Users remain free to browse, search for, and access all content available under their subscription without being restricted by automated recommendations.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Platform utilizes cookies and comparable technologies to support essential functionality, enhance user experience, improve security, analyze Platform performance, and facilitate the delivery of personalized services. These technologies may include cookies, web beacons, software development kits (SDKs), application programming interfaces (APIs), local storage technologies, device identifiers, pixels, and similar tracking mechanisms.
9.1 Essential Technologies
Certain cookies and technologies are strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform, enabling functions including user authentication, secure account sessions, subscription verification, fraud prevention, video playback, system administration, load balancing, and security monitoring. Because these technologies are necessary for the operation of the Services, they generally cannot be disabled through the Platform.

10. Payment Services and Financial Information
The Company facilitates subscription payments and other financial transactions through independent third-party payment service providers that employ industry-recognized security standards. Payment credentials submitted during a transaction are transmitted directly to the applicable payment processor through secure encrypted communication channels.
The Company does not collect, receive, store, or retain sensitive payment authentication information, including complete payment card numbers, card verification values (CVV), online banking credentials, or similar financial access credentials. Such information is collected and processed directly by the relevant third-party payment service provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms of service.
The Company may receive and process limited payment-related information necessary to provide and administer the Services, including transaction identifiers, payment confirmations, billing history, subscription plans, renewal dates, invoice information, and refund status.
Third-party payment service providers operate independently and are not owned, managed, or controlled by the Company. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies and terms of such providers before submitting any personal or financial information.
11. Disclosure of Personal Information
The Company does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose Personal Information to third parties for their independent commercial purposes. Personal Information may be disclosed only where such disclosure is necessary to operate the Services, fulfill contractual obligations, protect the Company's legitimate interests, comply with applicable legal requirements, or where disclosure has otherwise been authorized by the User.
11.1 Service Providers
The Company may engage carefully selected third-party service providers to perform functions necessary for the operation and administration of the Services, including cloud hosting and infrastructure services, content delivery networks (CDNs), payment processing, customer relationship management, technical support, cybersecurity services, identity verification, analytics and reporting, email and communication services, fraud detection and prevention, data storage and disaster recovery, and software development and maintenance.
All service providers processing Personal Information on behalf of the Company are contractually required to implement appropriate confidentiality obligations, security measures, and data protection safeguards consistent with applicable law.
11.2 Corporate Affiliates

Request the deletion of your Personal Information where continued processing is no longer necessary, where consent has been withdrawn, where processing is unlawful, or where applicable law otherwise provides such a right. The Company may decline requests for deletion where continued retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, exercise or defend legal claims, detect fraud, protect security, or fulfill other lawful purposes.
15.3 Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based upon your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to the withdrawal becoming effective.
16. Marketing Communications
The Company may communicate with Users regarding products, services, features, promotions, events, surveys, newsletters, and other information relating to the Platform where such communications are permitted under applicable law. Marketing communications may be delivered through various channels, including electronic mail, text messages, in-application notifications, push notifications, or other electronic means made available through the Services.
Where required by applicable law, marketing communications will be sent only after obtaining the User's prior consent. Users may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications or update their communication preferences at any time by selecting the unsubscribe option contained within a marketing communication or by adjusting notification preferences through their Account settings.
Withdrawal of consent or opting out of promotional communications will not affect communications that are necessary for the administration of the User's Account or the provision of the Services, including communications relating to subscriptions, billing, security, technical support, policy updates, or legal notices.
17. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 may only use the Service with appropriate parental or legal guardian consent where required by applicable law.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without required consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
18. Business Transfers and Corporate Transactions
